Funny stuff

So this is going to be short and it is not really going to have pictures. I just wanted to record a couple things here before I forget. So lately Maddi has been crawling around all day pretending to be a cat. She meows, licks, and does things that a cat would do. I'm unsure if she has ever spent more than a couple minutes with a real cat, but she seems to know everything about them. She spent 10 minutes today trying to get on the table to get a cup of water because she was thirsty. The table cloth was "too slippery" and cats can't stand up for very long without falling over. Finally I relented and just gave it to her. Well tonight it was Maddi's turn to say prayer so this is kind of how it went. I apologize if it is a little sacreligious to write down a prayer, but it was too cute and I think He has a pretty good sense of humor about thus stuff.
 Maddi: "meow Heavenly meow Father. Thank for this day. Meow. Please help us to be good. Meow. Please help us to have Porter, Taylee, Celeste, Cooper, and Caleb over. (I told her we were going to have some friends over soon). In the name meow of meow meow Jesus Christ meow amen. " 
  I am unsure where this whole cat thing came from, but it is really something to see how wild her imagination can be. Oh and my visiting teacher came over and she has a 3 month old baby. Maddi was asked if she wanted to hold him and she said "I can't cats have sharp claws and I would scratch him". Oh the mind of a 4 year old. Speaking of which, stay tuned for another post of Maddi's birthday extravaganza.
